Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. This does not include any product that has any form of decoration i.e. numbers, names, logos or printing unless faulty product.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that has been received which is faulty or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Order inspection

Whilst every effort is made to ship the correct goods that are ordered, it is the responsibility of customers to inspect all goods upon receipt including deliveries to third parties. It is to verify that they have received the correct styles, colours, and sizes. No returns shall be accepted or compensation given for goods that have been decorated or altered in any way. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
